Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (Used or opened Vape Flavours, Used or opened Coils), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hardware which is not deemed defective by us. Hardware returned which falls in the warranty period will be inspected before a decision is made if the item will be replaced. The item would need to be returned to us (Expense liable to the client) so it may be inspected. All Items need to be returned in their original packaging.You may contact us directly at admin@thevapefaculty.co.za for further information regarding the warranty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any items.
